Where we started, and our mission today.

Our mission at LoungePair is to elevate the airport experience for more travellers. We believe that every traveller deserves the comfort and luxury of an airport lounge, which is why we've made it our mission to make lounge access more accessible and affordable for all.

Our story begins with our co-founder Daniel, who had an experience that inspired him to create LoungePair. While flying home from Hong Kong, he had a spare guest pass to a lounge and decided to offer it to a fellow traveller. It was the first time they had ever been in an airport lounge, and it was an experience they were grateful for. This made us realise the privilege of lounge access and the impact it can have on someone's travel experience.

That's why we've brought together a team of travel experts to find ways to make lounge access easier and more affordable for everyone. We do this by working with airlines and airport lounges globally to help them create discounted access offers that allow them to increase revenue during off-peak travel. We also let our users compare all publicly available offers online, so even if we don’t offer the best price, they are still being looked after. This way, travellers can find the best option for them, whether it's a fixed price guaranteed access or the flexibility of bidding for access.
